Susanne is a native of Germany and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration / International Studies from the University of Lüneburg, Germany. Susanne is the Principal of the German School of Atlanta, an accredited Saturday school, where she used to teach German and discovered her enthusiasm for teaching her native language and culture, which eventually led to her engagement at KSU. Prior to her career in education, she applied her language and consulting skills in the field of international tax consulting and accounting. Susanne learned English and French at school, and took Spanish classes in college and in Sevilla, Spain. Together with her husband and their two children, she is living in East Cobb. They enjoy visits to Ikea, the High Museum, and the Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre. She also likes reading, Zumba, swimming, and cooking.
