Dr. Susanne Kelley is Associate Professor of German. She teaches all levels of the undergraduate German Studies curriculum and serves as the academic advisor for students in the Modern Language & Culture (German) major and German Studies minor. Her research and publications are on modernism and Viennese culture, fin-de-siècle and the visual arts, tourism and travel literature, and orientalism in literature and visual arts.
Dr. Kelley received her B.A. in German and International Studies from California Lutheran University and her M.A. in Germanic Languages from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After completing her doctorate at UCLA, Dr. Kelley taught at the University of Nevada, Reno for two years. She joined the KSU faculty in 2006.
