Welcome to the Department of Foreign Languages at Kennesaw State University. Our Department is dedicated to offering students the opportunity to develop proficiency in one or more languages other than English. By mastering a second or third language, students enhance their understanding of other peoples and cultures, both past and present.
In support of our classroom experiences, we sponsor and encourage participation by all students in internships, studies abroad, and extracurricular activities such as our language clubs, conversation "circles," special lectures, and film series. Our Foreign Language Resource Center, a 40-seat computer laboratory and library, offers tutorial assistance in all languages offered in the Department as well as current periodical materials in a variety of languages.
We hope that you will find our web site useful and informative.
Welcome!
